We provide free worldwide shipping. The price rated is the final price.

Your order item is packed in a blank brown box. The shipping label covers your shipping address only. No one knows what it is inside unless the customs agents will open and check the package to custom clearance.
Customs taxes
As per some countries customs policies, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your order item was inspected at the port. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

In the US, Asia, no import duties and taxes
In European Union, we will help you to handle customs clearance.
In Canada, Australia, NZ & others, you have to fix customs clearance if the package may be inspected on arrival at the port. You are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. If import duties and taxes incurred, you will not get your parcel until the charges are paid. If you don't pay, the parcel will be held by your local customs for around 3 weeks and after that, if you still haven't paid, it will be returned to us, so orders in Canada, Australia, NZ & others, an extra $200 will be charged against the risk of returning.
With the law of India and Middle East Custom, the sex dolls are unacceptable. We can not ship it there.

Shipping & Delivery time
When the item is in stock in our US/ European warehouse, it generally takes 3-7 business days for transit.
When out of stock, we need an extra 3 business days on making the doll. And 3-5 days for international shipping.
Due to unforeseen weather conditions or peak volume times, it will unavoidable delay for shipping time. We do not have control over the final delivery date of your package though we attempt to ship your order earlier.
Pick-up Service
If you don't want the package shipped to your door, you can fill in the nearest courier office as your shipping address. Then when the package arrived, the courier will call you and ask for picking it up.
