No order is complete until you are fully satisfied.
TPE sex dolls and toys are handcrafted. There may be slightly rough on the glued edge. These are not considered flaws.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, we required a couple of things.
Please contact us for instructions on how to mail your product to us.
The refund is not issued once you return it by yourself without any notification from dollsforadult.com.
Refunds
Once we receive your return package, our customer support colleague will inspect it and write to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment in 12 hours.
You will receive the credit usually within 5 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please kindly note the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping
You will be responsible for the shipping costs on your side for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If an item is returned to us after failure to deliver because of the fault caused by you, such as incorrect shipping address or contact tel number etc, you are liable for the shipping costs and 20% restocking fee.

Generally, the doll is custom made as per your order. Our workers are working on your order as soon as got your order.
If you cancel your order within 8 hours, we will refund all.
If you applied for order cancellation after 8 hours, you will be charged by 4% working fee from your payment.
Order cancellation after item shipped, you will be charged by 20% restocking fee and the initial shipping cost incurred.
